Minimal css frameworks focus on establishing a solid base for styling. They are typically designed to create consistency while keeping the smallest footprint for typographic and site design styling. Minimal frameworks establish a foundation that the designer can build off of.

There are many times when I’m working on a new web design project, and my client needs to send me multiple files. Instead of mailing a CD, or passing along a thumb drive, I’ll ask them if they’ve ever heard of Dropbox. Most will say “No” and ask what is Dropbox used for, which gives me the opportunity to look like a hero. Dropbox is something you can download to your computer, and allows you to store your files and access them anywhere you go. It also allows you to share file folders with other Dropbox users like clients, family or friends.

How Does It Work?

Dropbox creates a special folder on all your devices. Any time you need to save a file, drag it into the folder and it will sync with all your devices, be it laptops, PCs, mobile phones or iPads. The tool works perfectly well with all the existing platforms: Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, Linux, Android OS, iOS, BlackBerry.

Our Choices in Life

Choices, choices, choices…are lives are filled with choices. As human beings we often think about our choices in life. Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook found the value with an algorithm. Facebook, Google and many other internet companies focus their attention on finding the right algorithm for ad placements. Life is full of calculations that dictate the outcome of our lives.

After watching “The Social Network” movie the other night, I thought about how our choices in life are mathematical. Engineers are known to create and design complex equations to come up with a desired result. If our lives are full of these calculations based on our choices, can there be an Engineer?

Variables and Constraints

As I pondered this question, I began to think about our free will as human beings. Could our choices be variables that create free will? Maybe moral law could be another mathematical equation that puts constraints on our choices in life. As I watched a code being written on a college dorm window in the movie, it almost resembled a plan didn’t it? What if Zuckerberg said to his Two other Buddies, “Let Us make man in Our own image.” Could there be Engineer(s) who discussed a master algorithm for your life?

Relationship Math

Of course, all of this is alluding to the thought of God. The framework of life seems to be set up by countless mathematical equations. Everything is designed to have a counterpart. A good example of a counterpart are the relationships between men and women. Each one lacks something the other needs. The choices we make within any relationship require a balance. We’d all agree that each of us has an internal tally sheet on any relationship. When a choice is made inside a relationship, the numbers change. Hmmm…if only I was a little bit better at math.
